PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) plant will be solely operated by an appropriately IPAF qualified operator, with public liability cover and professional indemnity insurance details available on request.

All services are carried out in good faith and at a point in time; whilst visual reviews are carried out of chimney and roofs, any information supplied should not be relied upon as a guarantee of the ongoing safety or condition of the area inspected with the potential for concealed faults to remain undetected.

The operator will assume unless otherwise told by the homeowner or the person allowing him/her entry into the property that there are no hidden ground stability or other environmental issues which may preclude the safe operation of the MEWP equipment.

Pets & Children

It is your responsibility to keep pets and children supervised within the property throughout our visit. They should remain indoors for the duration of our visit and have a designated responsible person(s) with them at all times. We cannot accept liability for loss or injury.

Security

The process involves multiple trips to and from our vehicle and may involve internal and external access to your property. This means access doors sometimes remain open. It is the responsibility of the customer or their designated person to ensure all valuables are secure and away from the work route/area.

Waste

Debris resulting from the requested process(es) may be left with the customer. We do not remove any waste from the property.

Fees & Charges

Whilst every job is different illustrative pricing for our services is available at https://heightdoneright.co.uk. When we have discussed your specific requirements we will provide a quotation for you to accept before we commence any work

Missed Appointment Fee – £100: A call out fee of £100 will be applied if, upon arriving at an appointment, we are unable to gain access to a property for any reason. 

Deposits: 

We do not normally request a deposit unless the quotation relates to a multiday piece of work. In these instances your booking will only be confirmed once an agreed non-refundable. non-transferable deposit has been received. The balance will then be payable on completion of the requested works.

Preparation for the appointment: 

We will discuss access requirements as part of preparing your quotation. Please ensure that the agreed clear access is available or we may need to charge the missed appointment fee outlined above

Payment is due at the end of each appointment. Direct Bank transfers are preferred although cash will be accepted.
